Cancellation of Viewers' Participation:

As a viewer, if you have registered for a session and need to cancel your participation, please follow these guidelines:

No-Show Policy:

We encourage all participants to attend the sessions they register for. In cases of no-show without prior cancellation, Patholist may monitor participation to ensure fairness and the best experience for all. Frequent no-shows may affect your ability to register for future events.

Refunds:

Patholist aims to provide free access to all its users. Therefore, we do not charge registration fees for participation in events listed on our platform. Since no financial transactions are involved in the registration process, there is generally no need for refunds.

Exceptional Cases:

In exceptional cases where an organizer decides to charge a fee for a session or where an external payment gateway is involved, any refund requests must be handled directly between the organizer and the participant, following the organizer's refund policy and the payment gateway's terms and conditions. Patholist is not responsible for financial transactions related to such events.
